For the Patchi x Harrods collaboration, an intricate concept titled The Tale was crafted, inspired by Harrods' storied heritage. The design journey began with an extensive exploration of the rich and eclectic history of Harrods, leading to a series of bespoke Edwardian-style illustrations.
Each element of the packaging design tells part of Harrods’ evolution
From its earliest days symbolized by tea leaves and teapots, through the iconic Egyptian-themed escalators, to the store’s era of exotic animal companions. This conceptual packaging design weaves together different eras of Harrods’ past, creating a timeless and enchanting visual narrative that connects history with modern luxury.
